Most orders will be shipped USPS within the United States.I will notify you upon shipment of your item. Usually I will ship within 3-5 business days. If you would like a tracking number please send me your email at coolmatt_brat_28@comcast.net and I will gladly provide you with it.

Yes, we offer a money back guarantee if your not totally satisfied but the item must be shipped back in resellable condition. No refund on the shipping cost. Sorry I cannot issue a refund if the item has been opened or damaged.
